New bonuses.

These have not been trialled, tested, or agreed with by any of the other admin', but these are my suggestions for new bonuses for any CCA that is supposed to have them.

SeC- 30 (he doesn't go out at all anyway)
CmD- 20 (First time I used this bonus I got killed, but screw it)

DvL- 10 (I would add 5 more for the fearRP, but I don't think others would agree)

OTA- 30 (Elite units, only deployed in/after events)

02 and up- 5 (They're skilled CCA units and can hadle pretty much any situation)

Post any suggestions below, and don't rage at these because they're not in use yet. Any over-critical, offensive, or mingy comments will be ingored.

I completely agree with this. Raise the +5 bonus for just 01's, EpU's, and OfC's

Waaaait a shecond. I thought DvL and OfC were about equal ranks? Is DvL higher than OfC? Or just better trained?
