K, so yea, listen to this.

So I don't play pokemon, but here are some suggestions to make it better
1. Repels, super repels, and max repels are post-game only items
2. Encounters are increased 200%
3. Surf speed is reduced to 1/5 of RBY walking speed
4. Trainers will always want a rematch when you see them again
5. More trainers
6. Make Tentacool more common
7. Turn all grass into tall grass.
