Hey man, I was just curious. Would someone whom is an OTA, what would their mentality be?
Also, as an OTA, what physical qualities would most OTA units have?
Finally, What kind of augmentations would an OTA unit have?

There augged from their scalp to their athlethes foot. They have no thoughts, emotions, or feelings, and are basically machenes in a human body. They have the power of a polar bear, and speak only in codes/processes/scans etc.

And what aout when they are speaking to normal units? Do they just shut them out, or do they switch to a more human dialect?

They arent able to have a human dialect.
