Time to get some words off my chest.

I'd like to openly express myself, now.

This community... Needs some work.

What I mean, some people should be admin than others... Don't force me to point fingers.

The rules of the server and what it allows, just... What the fuck?

Ok, okay... So, there's some elitist players who have unkillable characters that go into super defense mode when you point them out, and I understand that the CCA for each and every server is different, but come on.

In some areas of the CCA in this server is just wonderfully done, I mean that. How you set up the training room and where you put locations is fucking brilliant.

Just, the units within the Civil Authority. They are average, and need some practice- don't get me wrong, the CCA is a learning roleplaying experience for everyone, but don't promote so willingly, C'MON!

And, what the heck, GHOST is an OPEN division?!?!?!

GHOST is a universal spec ops, not an 'all in poker chips' division. It's for elite roleplayers who know Canon forwards and backwards, with expert quality in their describing actions.

As I said, it's a learning faction. So please, don't give a promotion who thinks this:

Seriously. How the Hell do bandages instantly repair a broken leg and gives drinkable hopeless, if that even exists.

Please, don't take offense to this. It's CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM, not a spark to a flame war between me and the Admins.

If you don't know what I mean, constructive criticism is helpful, not a troll attempt.

So, my main point for in-character roleplaying on the server, is to not give high-roleplay positions to someone with just... eugh roleplay. Yes, they are an admin. Yes, they have authority. But, their roleplay is horrible (NOT TALKING ABOUT ANYONE IN PARTICULAR).

Sure, they're your best friend, but there's someone really eager to get their high roleplaying position but can't because It's taken by someone who thinks that a rebel can make a professional augment with scrap metal and a fucking screwdriver. Please, open your eyes and see who HAS those roleplaying capabilities and demote the people who have those high-roleplay positions like Sectorial, Civil Administrator, Rebel Leader, things like that.

And, some of the 'rebels' I've seen are fighting for the same fucking story as all the other lolwebuls, "OMFG my parents r ded"

A real rebel would be fighting for humanity and Earth because, well, IT'S ABOUT TO BE TAKEN OVER BY MASKED PEOPLE?!?!

Sure, they might have dead parents too, but that's not the only reason, at least.

Almost end of my rant, hold on.

Here's who I would like to see in what position if this was an ideal community:

Sectorial Commander: Diablo256
Everyone from GHOST taken out except Mahunik, make it invitation from Sectorial only.
Rebel Leader: Littlepip or SmarkiesGreek
Civil Administrator: No idea, but please know that Overwatch protecting the Administrator is an Overwatch roleplay, not Admin. Admin make their own speeches, that are CANON. I am more than willing to teach, or demonstrate for a day when I have time.

I feel like Diablo deserves another high pedastool to stand on, so. Secondary Rebel Leader?

Now, I already know Jmannon is going to post saying in my opinion (EMPHASIS ON MY OPINION) that I think he's bad at roleplay- you're not. You've got alotta potential, kid. But, to unlock it, you need to earn it, not have it given to you automatically. Meaning, work up the ropes. Example...

Telling me, that being a rebel is all about being discreet (emphasis) and quiet, hiding in a closet somewhere if you're in the Slums, yet you go out and shoot your magnum everywhere fighting X-Ray or whoever the fuck...

Everyone know this, I consider myself a.seasoned rebel veteran, so I know the ropes and how to tie the knots. RebelRP is passiverp, and you're damn fucking lucky if you get a weapon, you won the fucking lottery if you had an AR2. It's a fucking disgrace when I spend 1 hour making a FUCKING FLASHLIGHT then I see someone with professional augments made from scrap, a toolbox, and five minutes of /me's saying makes augment or welds metal.

Jmannon, you're a great rolemodel to some, and have a crap load of potential- USE IT!

It doesn't hurt to do a little research on your roleplay every so often. Littlepip deserves the Lambda Leader position a lot more than you, have you seen her/his passive roleplay and player development? Absolutely brilliant.

This isn't just my opinion, a few of my friends joined and share the same opinion. Let's just say most players don't like Admins doing extended OOC crap...

This community is amazing, but it's just not run correctly. I would just absolutely love to stay and help contribute- but alas, I don't think some of the Admins would like my opinions...

Recap-
Some Admins have poor roleplaying capabilities, someone else should have their position and they need to stop having things given to them.

CCA needs some minor tweaks, but it's really good anyways.

Rebels need to be rearranged, and only be an EXCLUSIVE faction with an application, which I can supply if you are going to change it.

Suggested Lambda Leader should be Littlepip, Greek, or Diablo.

Stop being so damn aggressive towards constructive criticism.

Try to resolve the trudged between some Admins, and filter out the bias Admins. Yes, they've been your best friend for forever, but there's someone there that really wants admin. (I've had to 'fire' Admins before, it hurts but it must be done.)

Use the expert roleplayers as a teaching tool for potential ones, teaching them key concepts and some things to remember. If I don't really leave and have time, I would be more than willing to get Jmannon out of his shell and make him more than worthy to be a Lambda leader. If he wants me to, of course.

Please, please don't take this offensively!!! I mean well, and I really think this community has the potential!

Also- I'm thinking of making forum based HL2RP, which is pretty much the same, but alootttt more slow paced and relaxed. Tell me if you want to give it a try with me!

Well done...I do think there should be another Reistance Leader instead,Ive been a Resistance member way longer than kelly,Then i see her get Leader and in my head im saying "Well thats fucking bullshit" but I refused to say something due to me might getting a kick,Then my Tactical Rebel suit got tooken,I am not mad it got tooken,I am mad of what one of the Super Admins said,they said "If you find something you get to keep it unless you get mugged/killed" they said that to sully when he still played on,He got to keep that suit,but he died so i got it,Then i get told i have to give the suit :/.I agree there needs to be changes to the resitance.

Some criticism is well taken others is mis-pointed and out of context.

For instance the bio-gel... Your talking about me. If you would have seen anyone of my looc's.
1. I'm not helix therefore I only know basic first aid.
2. As CCA its not our job to act as an infirmary for citizens thats CWU.
3. I was being really nice by even giving him a health Vial. I'm an 02, by that point I have little if any sympathy towards citizens. Honestly looking back at it, I was too nice. I should have just laughed at the citizen and walked away.
4. I DID NOT SAY IT FIXED HIS LEG HOLY SHIT, IN FACT I SAID IT WOULD HELP HIM BUT NOT FIX HIS LEG. If after I left the guys got up and was like "My legs fixed" then that's failrp on his part not mine.

Also, I can see what your saying for GHOST because the division is filling, but I was invited from Mahunik aka GHOST DvL. And it makes sense that the DvL would be able to invite people as well...

The only thing I can agree on with you is the Rebels. So many LOLweebuls. Personally I think it should be a whitelist you get when the rebel leader gives you an IC invitation. Honestly its just the 2 main anti citizens, 2 unknowns, and any citizen with a gun. But in a way it is kinda realistic because the Resistance won't always be organized. However, it makes Rebel vs CCA rp almost non existent because it seems that the rebels never make a move.

Me? Rebel leader? Im flattered, but my rebel character, (who has been citizen status for a few months) has 0 chance of making it to that rank any time soon. So wede have to ass-pull, which I dont like doing that.

I really liked the ghost idea about being invited to it. Then people in the cca would see some thing they could work towards. Also for promotions, there should be requirments for promotions instead of getting it for being your rank for 1 week..

Well i think you should talk to the SA's about it. Some people would have to be kicked out because they just walked in like "GHOST means i get a sniper right?"

All divisions were meant to be equal in their own way. Alot of people just joined ghst for then green model... core dosnt have a field, because it was meant to be the quantity not qualtity division. Ghost should be the LEAST populated div, so i agree with some transfers t@o helix/ core

Sorry for raging about you, Archimedes... You are a good unit and if some admins accepted the invitation to GHOST thing , I would vote that you keep your rank and be in GHOST.

You say Jared just got it all handed to him, he didn't. He was at the citizen level for a few months, working his way to malignant. He was a malignant for about 4-5 months, he got anti-citizen. He got in with the rebels soon after that, he became friend with Sixx, did his part, and became the leader. This may not sound like a lot, but Jared is old as fuck
