Roger Wilkens started out as a bullied child. He always wanted to be a part of something more, something... different. But now he just wants revenge on humanity. He wants to show those boys and girls that he's become something more. Something far more than they could achieve, with their poverty. He learned to obey the universal union, and then praise it. He was in line to become a CCA officer. He believes now is that time.

Paulie was a former gangster. He was a member of the famous mafia known as the "La Cosa Nostra" or The Sicilian Mafia. After making a bad mistake of killing a made man of the Gambino family, he retreated, because he knew he was going to get killed, despite of what anyone thought of him. Through time as a gangster, he has learned to trust no one, or even like anyone. The person you think you know best, may be the next person you have to kill, or get killed by. He never had much authority over anyone, but he was a born leader, being a CCA officer will be his first step to becoming a leader.

/it A chunk of the ceiling collapses, the building shakes as a small homemade bomb goes off in the floor above.
/it Combine broadcast screech one message. "Please evacuate the "Homebrewn Hotels."
/me drops her book. A another chunk of the ceiling, burning this time, falls atop the coffee table.
/me fiddles with the lock, trying multiple keys in panic before the door finally opens.
/it Across the hallway is a dead man. A zombie crouches over him, jamming bits of meat into its gaping chest.
/me lets out a small "Eep!" and hurries down the nearby staircase.
/it As she runs down to the second floor she sees it filled with uniformed resistance members.
/me slips out the fire exit door, setting of the alarm.
/it Zombies come spilling down the staircase at the sound of the alarm.
/it Several OTA soldiers shove her aside and charge into the building. Gunfire and screams are heard.
/me falls to the ground but quickly rightens herself up.
/me runs down the alleyway and out into the streets, choosing to hide in a nearby store.
/it The windows are barred.
/me closes the stores security gate for protection.
/it A man runs up to the window and pounds on it, begging to be let in.
/me ignores the man and sits down on a chair.
/it The man is instantly swarmed by manhacks, targeting everything that is not an officer.
/it Several manhacks bounce along the gate but eventually fly away in search of more victims.
/me sighs and settles herself for a long wait.

Events, job, family etc and should reflect your skills): Jessica lived in the city most of her life so she was among the first to be assimilated into the combine cities. Shortly after she decided to apply for CWU employment, seeing the benifit of helping her benefactors. Most of her family, who were situated out in the country were more than likely killed, but that for now is a mystery. Being her shy self she spends most of her time alone in the shop or just plainly wandering the streets. After a year living in City Eleven she was moved to City 18 as they where in need of more CWU employees. Currently, as she fills out this form, she is debating if it is a smart move to join the force.

That all changed when the Combine came. He soon realized his three options in the new world: Starve, Steal, or Soldier. Mike had tried the first two, and hadn't really liked them. So now he will try the last one, and though he may have hated the Combine before, he realizes that his new allies may be the key to his survival.

/IT The 05 in his fresh suit stands in the middle of the City eighteen plaza, he glances around boredly.
/me sighs boredly, listening to the constant chatter of radio orders.
/me hears a faint noise from above, and glances up slowly, then almost stumbles back noticing the Citizen ontop of the cat-walks.
/me shouts at the Citizen through his vo-coder in a commanding voice “Citizen, get down here this instant! Or I may have to shoot!”
/It The Citizen nods, the stiffened 05 unit relaxes his shoulders and sighs.
/IT But the Citizen does the opposite, and attempts to climb over the cat-walk rail.
/me Shouts in a voice filled awe and fear “NO!”
/it But the 05’s yelling does not stop the Citizen from commiting suicide, he plummets to the ground, and a bone-chilling, horrible noise is heard as his body connects against the hard concrete.
/me The 05 grabs his radio from his belt and raises it towards his Vo-coder and says in a firm, serious voice “Citizen commited suicide by the Cat-walks,over.”
/it A “Copy” comes from the radio, along with the usual chatter of the other units situations.
/ME places his CCA issued radio back into his radio holster.
/me glances down at the horrid dead body, which is pale. And walks over to it. He places his glove on the mans neck, feeling for some sort of pulse.
/IT There is no pulse at all…Some of the other Citizens stare at the body.
/me sighs, looking up from where the quiet Citizen talk is coming from, and looks back down, ignoring the recently arrived group of Citizens.
/me grabs the hands of the dead Citizen, and begins to drag him toward an ally by the Slums shield.
/IT The 05 reaches the dark filled ally by the Slums shield.
/me turns his flash-light on, now dragging the malnourished Citizen with one hand. He grunts slightly, and places the body in a corner. Then looks down, praying to God without putting his hands together “God, please forgive this man of commiting suicide..He is in a horrible world…”
/me lowers his flash-light, clicking the button one time, turning the flash-light LEDs off; He then turns around, walking out the dark ally way.
/IT Hears some new situations from his radio, one of which is about Citizens reporting a dead man in the Plaza
/me Raises his shiny radio,pressing down the button and saying into it “I dealt with it already, sir.”
/IT The 05 lowers his radio, and continues his long patrol.

Artoym Altukov was born in Moscow, Russia. He grew up to a family of three other brothers and two sisters. There family was crowded in a small-apartment, his father was a bank clerk, while his mother was a six-grade teacher in a public school. Artoym, growing up in communist Russia, had a some-what stable child-hood, he was a respected student in the public school of Anglo-American School of Moscow. He aced his grades, always becoming better, he was two grades ahead in the math class..When he graudated from high-school he was invited to the private college of “Saint Petersburg State University of Information Technologies, Mechanics and Optics” when he was eighteen years old. After the Universal Union invaded Earth, he was twenty years old, and lived..

/IT The 05 in his fresh suit stands in the middle of the City eighteen plaza, he glances around boredly.
/me sighs boredly, listening to the constant chatter of radio orders.
/me hears a faint noise from above, and glances up slowly, then almost stumbles back noticing the Citizen ontop of the cat-walks.
/me shouts at the Citizen through his vo-coder in a commanding voice “Citizen, get down here this instant! Or I may have to shoot!”
/It The Citizen nods, the stiffened 05 unit relaxes his shoulders and sighs.
/IT But the Citizen does the opposite, and attempts to climb over the cat-walk rail.
/me Shouts in a voice filled awe and fear “NO!”
/it But the 05’s yelling does not stop the Citizen from commiting suicide, he plummets to the ground, and a bone-chilling, horrible noise is heard as his body connects against the hard concrete.
/me The 05 grabs his radio from his belt and raises it towards his Vo-coder and says in a firm, serious voice “Citizen commited suicide by the Cat-walks,over.”
/it A “Copy” comes from the radio, along with the usual chatter of the other units situations.
/ME places his CCA issued radio back into his radio holster.
/me glances down at the horrid dead body, which is pale. And walks over to it. He places his glove on the mans neck, feeling for some sort of pulse.
/IT There is no pulse at all…Some of the other Citizens stare at the body.
/me sighs, looking up from where the quiet Citizen talk is coming from, and looks back down, ignoring the recently arrived group of Citizens.
/me grabs the hands of the dead Citizen, and begins to drag him toward an ally by the Slums shield.
/IT The 05 reaches the dark filled ally by the Slums shield.
/me turns his flash-light on, now dragging the malnourished Citizen with one hand. He grunts slightly, and places the body in a corner. Then looks down, praying to God without putting his hands together “God, please forgive this man of commiting suicide..He is in a horrible world…”
/me lowers his flash-light, clicking the button one time, turning the flash-light LEDs off; He then turns around, walking out the dark ally way.
/IT Hears some new situations from his radio, one of which is about Citizens reporting a dead man in the Plaza
/me Raises his shiny radio,pressing down the button and saying into it “I dealt with it already, sir.”
/IT The 05 lowers his radio, and continues his long patrol.

Artoym Altukov was born in Moscow, Russia. He grew up to a family of three other brothers and two sisters. He aced his grades, always becoming better, he was two grades ahead in the math class..When he graudated from high-school he was invited to the private college of “Saint Petersburg State University of Information Technologies, Mechanics and Optics” when he was eighteen years old. To Duke and Kyle, after reading your applications I have to say overall well written. Approved. Duke, I enjoyed your radio chatter in your RP examples while kyle was more basic yet still imaginative. Appoved on both parts.

He had a happy life up until the dreaded day the combine invaded. First they came in these weird blue storms that started raining across from the lands. They came down from ships that looked ALIVE and brought alien-like creatures along with them. The combine took down all resistance to them and killed anybody under 18. Thankfully Michael was 18 at the time the combine invaded so he was safe...for now. Then when the combine had a decent start with the world they started opening applications for some sort of "Civil protection". They were offering better meals,a higher social status and a chance at a better life. Michael Naturally signed up for this the moment he heard of this. He was one of the many in line for that application center. They denied them one by one and when it was Michaels turn they denied him as well as he had no loyalist experience. So from that day on Michael began cleaning up trash and reporting anti-citizens. He did everything he could to earn himself a place in the Civil protection forces. Then when the time came for applications again they told him their answer..

Your application was satisfactory, what you lack in quality I will give you in effort. I feel that you made your opening RP example lines to childish, you could have really brought us more into a RP scene I found that one to be very typical. I could not find myself to read your roleplay without forcing it with my attention span, next time I would find something more intresting, or switch it up and give me something simple like a passive duty break inside of the nexus itself, anything will do. Your backround story could have used a bit more appropriate adjectives and such, I felt they were very casual and informal, your story didnt really give me a vision on how your character is going to be through character deveopment or much detail of him. Anyone can repeat the cannon's story line I dont want to know about the combine invading I just want to know detail by detail of you.

Character backstory (6 lines at least detailing you character's background. Events, job, family etc and should reflect your skills): Bailey was born and raised in West Limerick, he was always playing cops and robbers in the playground where he spent most of his days, or playing basketball outside of his school. One day he got into a fight with a few guys who were up to no good, they'd been making trouble in the neighbourhood, Bailey had always aspired to become some sort of officer of the law so he confronted the boys in an attempt to make them stop, but it just led to conflict and Baileys mother ended up sending him to live with his Aunt and Uncle in Ukraine.
Baileys aunt and uncle were wealthy, so he received an amazing education and left school with straight a's, as did his cousins, Carlton, Hillary and Ashley. Scott's uncle was an attorney, so naturally he was able to get into Law School pretty easily. Around the same time that Bailey had graduated the BMI had just happened, over the coming months there were reports of strange 'Portal Storms' all over the world. Shortly after the Seven Hour War began, strange creatures had infested the earth and they were killing anything and anyone in their path.
Bailey tried to hide, to find his family, but it was too late. By the time the creatures had stopped, over 80% of the human race had been slaughtered and instead of creatures, there were huge, intimidating men, if you can call them that. They spoke with a metallic shrill and if you didn't obey them you'd get a thwack across the head with a some sort of huge Taser, or worse. Most of the earth had been destroyed, places like America were just piles of rubble and all that was left standing were cities approved by the 'Universal Union'.
In the coming months Bailey was transferred to a UU approved city in eastern europe, City 18. Upon arrival Bailey was assigned a room in the 45ths, he was a generally quiet person and had very little friends, upon those friends was a girl named Charlotte Blaze, she was a loyalist and informed Bailey about the combine and how they're here to help instead of destroy, Bailey was intrigued, he monitored the plaza from his apartment window and came to the decision that she was right.
From then on Bailey was a loyalist, performing good deeds for the Union and assisting the people in any way he could, but Bailey ambition to become a member of the law still burned inside of him, but Bailey had no idea how to become a member of the union.

The application could use more work, though your roleplay examples were very simular to actual gameplay it lacked a realistic and drammatic scenerio. Your /me examples really could have been more descriptive with a greater and bigger variety of vocabulary. I don't know if that backstory was really your owns but if it was I would really like to see you try this again, your backstory was a intresting read in its own. Your specialties had not alot of connection to you backstory just sounds basic and like someone very eager to get their hands on a gun and get trigger happy.

]Birth
Anton was born on August second, 1984, in Russia. His father left shortly after he had found out his wife was pregnant, and his mother, Alina, died shortly after giving birth. He was then taken in by his godparent, uncle Lucas. Lucas lived alone in a small apartment, and raised Anton through his childhood.
Early Childhood
When Anton turned 5, he started going to school. He made 3 friends quite fast, and he would play with them after school, have sleepovers, etc. They were the best of friends. They went from Kindergarten, 1st grade, 2nd, all the way up to 6th. He discovered his uncle Lucas was saving to move to a smaller city, Tulun, where he could have more privacy to paint. ( His job.)Anton went to school, said goodbye, and left with Lucas.
Teenage years
Anton started 7th grade at 13. He quickly made friends and became popular. He was getting good grades, and tried out for the hockey team. He quickly became one of the best players on the team, he also joined a local youth gun club, and he thought it was fun to practice his marksmanship. He kept on doing this until 10th grade. In 10th grade Anton got his driving permit, and drove around with his Uncle to practice for his test. A drunk driver smashed head on into Anton's car, and his uncle was killed instantly. Anton was rushed to the hospital.
Adulthood
Anton was in the hospital for the rest of 10th grade. The car had busted open his skull, and cracked open his kneecap. When he got out, he took the money his Uncle had left him in his will, bought a car, and drove off to a smaller town, and got hired at a Fish and Game store, selling fishing, and hunting equipment. He eventually saved up enough money to buy a house, and found a woman named Alla, and they shortly after married.
The Invasion
Anton was watching T.V, and suddenly the program was interrupted by a news flash saying that earth was being invaded. He thought it was a joke, and started flipping the channels. All the channels had the same message on it. The screen then showed a big portal, ships flying through them, and bullets flying everywhere. He jumped up and got his wife downstairs and showed her. They ran down into their basement and turned on a mini TV to watch the invasion. They could hear bullets flying everywhere outside their house, and they watched for the next 7 hours. The camera changed to a man named Wallace Breen, saying the earth was surrendering. Then the TV's shut off. They heard their basement door break, and these men in suits walked in-front of them, and they were knocked unconscious.
Present Time
Anton woke up with a blue jumpsuit on, in an apartment. He got up and walked downstairs and outside. Those same men in suits were walking around, paying close attention to the others in jumpsuits. He walked up to another man and asked him what was going on. He said that they were the Combine. He handed Anton a rules list, and Anton studied it carefully. He frowned, and went off looking for his wife. He searched for hours, and he couldn't find her. A voice in a loudspeaker came on announcing rations were online, and he followed everyone else to get food. He waited in line until he was up.The man asked him to apply, and he told him he needs his CID card. Anton read his card off and he pressed the button and waited for his ration. He opened it, and drank the water and gulped down the food. A man ran up from behind, and took his tokens, but was quickly caught and knocked unconscious. He walked outside, and saw a place that said recruitment. He went in and asked recruitment for what? And he was told recruitment was to join the MPF. Anton was very scared, and didn't want to have all the beatings he was witnessing to happen to him, so he wrote his name and CID down, and filled out a page of questions. He handed it in and is awaiting the result.

Your application was overall good after reading it, doing a cut into sub-divisions on your backstory really gave you some points and in your roleplay examples I enjoyed how you studied the terminoligy before doing the application. The roleplay examples were decriptive and well written putting you into the story and it didnt cause you to commit action without a higher command, remmebering that your not a hero. Good work, you will be whitelisted upon joining where you will be trained IC'ly.

Born on a poor family in Mexico, grew up in the poorest side of the city, she didn't have too many friends, at school she had good grades but no friends. When she was 5
At 6th grade her parents moved, since they had more money, close to a haunted house, after school she and her friends used to go, making bets who would go deeper, she wanted the money, since it was a lot she got inside, going up the stairs, stairs that could be heard miles away, the sound they made her run upstairs. There he found a wall, written with all sort of things, an old laptop and a CD that could be hardly readed by anyone that said "How to get money with 3 e--- ---ps". Since she had a backpack she placed everything she found in there, dashing downstairs, asking for the money, she ran home, to test the laptop she found, she watched the content of the CD, it had some strange writing, it said it had to be delivered to a scientist that lives on United States to earn lot of money, she storaged it under his bed, for years.
At 10th Grade her parents died at a car crash, they both died, she suffered a lot... she even tried to commit suicide. Once she recovered hope, she went to United States, to live with her Uncle, there she got in a school, made a lot of friends. With her friends, she went to the adress the CD had, hoping to come back with a bag full with money, but the house was burnt down, she asked the people around what happened, they said someone set the house on fire, killing the scientist. But he remembered there was another adress, she went there and found a huge house, she knocked the door and an old man opened, she came in and showed him the disc, the old man gave him 1000 dollars, all in a suitcase, she gave 100 dollars to his friends, keeping the rest.
When she was 25 he joined the police, being good at it he got promoted. There she found a man, she fell in love, since they were on the same police department, they started to know eachother, until the man called Derek, fell in love with her too, they soon got married.
The day of the invasion they were at the backyard of their house, listening to the radio. Yes. Though it may be RP examples it lacks a story, I have no knowledge of anything that actually happen only seeing that a fight broke out and nothing more. Your vocabulary, very simplistic but vocabulary will not determine the result of your application, rather it would only help it. Your backstory I had a bit of an issue understanding, if you could make more sense out of it, it would help out more.

Your roleplay examples were quite well the way it was worded adding emotion to it, and your backstory told quite a lot about your character, the application was fine, it has been approved. You will be whitelisted the next time upon joining the server and trained IC'ly as a RCT.

*A slight breeze passes through the city streets, the wind'a'whistling.*
Cynthia slowly strolled down the street, her sub-machinegun tucked neatly against her side, her hand lightly touching the handle as her finger hovered over the trigger.
*Almost echoing her neat, synced footsteps, the wind whistled along, covering any noises that bounced along the air at this time of night.*
She sighed, wiggling as she adjusted the stock on her side, looking around and almost hopping in startlement as a baggy-clothed man ran towards her with a handgun in one hand, and a long knife in the other.
*The man sprinted forward, waving the knife skillfully in his hand before lurching at Cynthia, screeching the blade down against her mask leaving a long scar stretching the mask, covering the eye.*
She yelped, hopping backwards and raising her gun, flicking the safety off and pulling the small hammer back, a bullet loaded into the chamber.
*After realizing his attack was useless against her steel mask, he raised his handgun, flicking the safety off and pulling the slide back.*
She unloaded her clip into him, even as he jutted backwards and fell to the ground with loud moans and groans of agony and pain.
*The wind seemed to die down, as Cynthia walked over to the man and kicked at his chest with her boot, and then turned, strutting away victoriously.*
( I know it isn't twenty, but they're very descriptive. If you would like me to redo it, please just ask. )
Character backstory (6 lines at least detailing you character's background. Events, job, family etc and should reflect your skills):
Cynthia grew up an energetic, happy child, before something inside of her snapped, and she grew a shell. She became shy, timid, and always scared. When she began to grow, she grew into her clothing, and met the match of a beautiful young woman. Still shy and afraid to approach the world, Cynthia covered herself up as best as possible, keeping away from shady situations or people. She cowered at the sight of fighting, and fainted at the sight of blood. Eventually, she began to crawl out of her shell, and became a bit more happy, but still kept to herself. She found a tinkershop, run by a young German man, which she became good friends with. The man helped her and guided her in the way of mechanical devices, and she was his best worker, and best friends. One night, he disappeared, never to be seen again, and she ran the store for another two weeks before being relocated to City 18.
