Character backstory (6 lines at least detailing you character's background. Events, job, family etc and should reflect your skills):Childhood:
Matthew was born as a friendly guy in City 18, He was bullied in school and had a few friends.He was smart in school and got alot of A's in his class.

Adulthood: When the combine invaded and portal storms happened.. Matthew was in his apartment with his wife and children plus his sister visiting.Headcrabs busted in and killed his wife and children, but not his sister, she stood by him as he shot the headcrabs with his 9mm pistol and survived.He healed himself and his sister with a first aid kit. At the last hour of the war the combine busted in. They stripped all his stuff and weapons from the house plus his pistol.

After the war Matthew kinda liked the combine and he made some new and better friends.Nick was one of his friends that decided him to apply to be a CCA.
Matthew and Nick came to the local recruitment office and picked up a form for both of them.

Your backstory is OK...could use a little bit more detail...but it's passing. But your roleplay examples is what got you. You actually need to use /it's and /me's a total of 20 times, not 20 lines with /me's and /it's thrown in it :p just add to your examples, and you should be fine.

Events, job, family etc and should reflect your skills):At he was like every other kid out there up till 8 when he witnessed both of his parents murdered at their house by a man that wore a blue shirt and pants with a kelvar vest and a ski hat and greyish boots and yelling at the corpses saying "thats what yeh get, you dirty scum bags" and the man looked at him with blood shot eyes and ran off. Sean Savage sat there next to both of his dead parents in a pool of blood that surrounds him and his parents, when the cp came they looked at Sean and stood there silently, and removed the corpses up and left, but one of the Civil Protection Units went up to Sean and said "Take revenge upon the man who did this to you". Ever since that day a dark dreaded anger grew inside of Sean, growing every day growing larger by the second. He had to live with his cousin Chris Willson who treated him badly, which worsened him. By the age of 15 he went and found out that Chris was working with the man who murdered his parents so ran out of the house and went to the Civil Protection, who came in and arrested Chris but didn't catch the man and he looked at Chris while the CP was dragging him away and he said "thats what you get for doing this to me". Ever since that he never had anyone to live with, so he ran around the whole city scaveging for food. He never had a friend to talk to so he grew cold and cold he never was satisfied. He took it upon him self at the age of 17 To find the man who did his cousin's dirty work, he adventually found him and he beated the crap out of the man and yelled at the man saying "You will die for what you did you criminal" while two CP units of high ranks stood there until Sean beated the man till the point the man was unconsious, of the CP Units said "thats enough, if you want revenge so bad this is only a small cent in the bank of what happened to your parents theres a whole conspiracy out there, he wasnt only one that came up and murder your parents, others planed this up and made him do it, so take revenge upon those who did this, make them suffer!" So Sean finds out the only way to take revenge is to join the fierce cold blooded merciless Combine. So at the age of 20 he walked down to Nexus to apply, as he steadily finished up his application he written in P.S. The Resistence will fall one day and I'll make sure it does so.

He knows alot bout technology. He use to be a Grid DvL in City 23. Highly respected.
Grid is Tech of course. He knows hand to hand combat really well thanks to his elite Unit training. Hes a sneaky demon. He can handle over 50 bullets to the chest rply thanks to his combine metal skeleton he was given back in City 8 after being blown up hes some what of a cyborg but he lost his cyborg abilitys after the city was nuked and he was in the explosion but he survived in some sort of bunker he made.

Well if you mean like getting in trouble, so then yes. I found a gun in the D6 (I call it D2) It was wierd looking so I walked around in D6 trying to figure out how it works and then I found my self face to face with a Core.02 and a OTA-EAU. We fought but I was beatened down when we got to the plaza after escaping them for a bit until we fought at the plaza where I was shot dead at the end.

I'll give you an A for effort, you clearly spend a decent amount of time coming up with this RP scenario and backstory, but you throw HL2 canon to the wind [which is unacceptable].

RP Examples:
Unrealistic and didn't follow canon. After Combine invaded no one had any family aside from maybe a brother or sister. One parent is slim to none let alone both. Also the "freeze your underarrest" is not rpish. This is CCA they would beat the shit out of you without saying a word. Also the speeling and grammer should be check along with the format. Look at the sample or an accepted app to see the proper rp format.

Backstory:
I honestly got through the first 4 lines before realizing it was pointless to read the rest. No one under 18 lived through the invasion, and ICly the invasion was around 4-5 years ago.

IC Application:
When you talked about your crimes against the CCA in your IC app I would pull you into the Nexus about your application and amputate you. Use some common sense.

Like I said, you put a lot of effort into it, but put a lot of effort into making it accurate.

Events, job, family etc and should reflect your skills):Before she was ever CP in City8 or City 23 Of course:She was born in 1990. She was normal like everyone else until her parents were slaughtered right infront of her by a man with a scar over his face, blood shot eyes and a tattao of a skeleton with daggers through its head, when she was 8. She grew really dark inside with pain and agony of her parents death. She was claimed by her cousin Chris who was a gun smith. Chris treated her like a slave. She did almost everything her cousin said to do. She was beatened for everything she didnt do which made her grow darker inside. Day after day she have dread thinking of her parents death and the fact that she lives with her abusive cousin.In 2010 when the combine took over, th Combine forced Chris to get rid of his guns he has laying out on the walls. Chris was forever the same abusive person even after the 7 hour war against the Combine. Which made her to continue growing dark inside. She was torn to the bone from Chris' abuse which made her worse.When she was 21 she on September 20th 2011, someone knocked on the door and Chris told her to goto her room and close the door, so she did but, she left the door open enough to see the man who was at the door and it was a man with a scar over his left eye, a beard, and he wore a black hat and dark clothes with dark standered kevlar from the CCA with a lambada symbol on his shoulder. Chris brought the man down to the kitchen and locked the kitchen door.Sarah went down to the kitchen door and put her hear to what they were saying and she heardChris and the man talking bout a favor of giving the man guns and supplies for him and his buddys to fight against the combine. Sarah was a loyalist sort of so she ran out the door and told the CCA and leads the CCA to the house where her cousin was giving the man guns and ammo and other supplies. The CCA injected into the house and a unit kicked down the kitchen door and detained Chris but the rebel escaped and a unit draged Chris away to Nexus and never came back. Sarah grew more dreadfuly dark inside in hate that the man that may of been the person who murdered her parents got away. She slithered her self down to Nexus and applied to become one of the emotionless CCA to help put a end to the rebels. After a hour of writing she handed it to the recruiter went back to her seat and waited.

Denied. I won't write a super long review because I don't want to. There is no grid on this server. nova is the tech unit. You cannot be ex-dvl and re-apply. no.

D-lop says right now anyone with the status of admin and check apps. I look at them but most of the time you already check them. I need some recruits to train on my dvl.
